The reporter learned from the meeting that since the beginning of this year, the national fire safety situation has been generally stable. As of June 14, a total of 452,000 fires had been reported across the country, with 886 deaths. Compared with the same period last year, the number of fires and deaths dropped by 17.8% and 14.8% respectively. 发生重大火灾事故20起，同比下降41.2%，未发生特大特大事故。 全国消防救援队伍共出动人员1199.6万人次、消防车辆219.3万辆，救援被困人员8.8万人。
